Mercato del Gelato specializes in Italian gelato and sorbet along with various pastries and espresso based coffees. Translated from Italian into English, Mercato del Gelato means “The Gelato Market.”
We provide a European dessert café experience that touches each of the five senses and keeps customers coming back. The centerpiece of Mercato del Gelato is 28 unique flavors of gelato and sorbet made fresh daily and prominently displayed in beautiful Italian-made cases. Using furnishings, finishes, and lighting to create a warm yet contemporary European décor, the ambience is relaxing and invites one to enjoy the moment. State-of-the-art Italian made equipment is used to carefully blend the batches of gelato and sorbet daily. The gelato is composed of the freshest milk, flavorings, and sweeteners. The sorbet is composed of purified water and fresh, high quality fruit. Unlike ice cream, almost no air is whipped into gelato or sorbet resulting in intense, dense, and flavorful frozen desserts that are unlike anything else in the world.
